Shipping

I will ship a purchased item within 1-3 days of the order. If the item is a gift or time-sensitive please plan accordingly.

I cannot be held accountable for lost, stolen, damaged, or delayed packages that happen during transit. I will send the buyer a tracking number as soon as it is shipped. I will do my best to work with you to fix or rectify any damaged or lost pieces due to post office mishandling but cannot be guaranteed.  

Returns

It’s incredibly important to me that you love your new Little Fang Silver original piece. If for some reason you are not satisfied, please contact me within 3 days of being received. You will have the option at that time to exchange your item for another of equal value or for a shop credit to use at a later date. When shipping back the original piece, buyer will be responsible for shipping costs and will need to send proof of tracking. Item must be safely mailed in their original condition within 7 days and refunds will not be issued until item is back in my hands. I will not accept returns that have been damaged or tampered with.

**Keep in mind, because of the one of a kind nature of handmade jewelry there may be some slight variances from piece to piece. Replication of a past piece is not guaranteed to look exactly the same (no two pieces are alike, that’s the beauty of handmade). I try my best to accurately photograph and include details of the piece in each listing.
